SHIVAANJALI + HARSH

SHIVAANJALI + HARSH

Shivaanjali & Harsh’s dream wedding in Jabalpur was everything we imagined it to be! We are firm believers in true love and destiny, and the celebrations were truly a sight to behold.

From the fun day sangeet ceremony to a bright yellow haldi, Shivaanjali’s outfits were total showstoppers. However, it was her pink bridal lehenga that looked absolutely stunning on her! Shivaanjali looked ethereal! Harsh rocked an complimenting look in an offwhite sherwani with pink safa and dupatta.

The couple chose to celebrate their wedding in own unique way. The warm, heartfelt, emotional wedding speech by Harsh’s sister and Shivaanjali’s brother brought tears to the eyes of the entire gathering.

The wedding was all about love and having a good time with their near and dear ones.

MONA + JATIN

MONA + JATIN

Weddings typically take months of planning — all of the little details that come together to create one memorable event that sends a couple into their new life together. But what happens when the pandemic threatens all of that planning? While many couples are postponing their ceremonies indefinitely, they opted to move forward with a quarantine wedding, even if it means their big day looks dramatically different than what they’d planned.

Mona & Jatin’s love for each other is so strong that they decided to get married during the coronavirus scare. With the unforeseen scenario of the pandemic being together in this time of separation was all that they wanted. Never would they ever be in this state of complete togetherness. With the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, they anticipated what was coming and got married in the month of February. Hence a quarantined wedding is all they needed. With an overly enthusiastic group of family and friends organizing it all felt like a piece of cake. Mona wore a gorgeous lehenga on her wedding, designed by Sabyasachi.

Pallavi + Madhav

Pallavi + Madhav

Pallavi and Madhav’s palace wedding was every bit a royal affair, both of them are full of energy and so were their friends and family. Their wedding involved a lot of dancing, fun, crazy friends and  a ton of energy and emotions. The wedding looked like it was a Bollywood wedding – with so much colour ultra cute decor and a palace meets vintage car destination.

We were fortunate to photograph and document their palace wedding at Samode. Sharing some of our favourite images and also check out the same day edit of their wedding film here

The two day wedding in Kanpur revolved around the amazing relationship the bride and groom have with their family and friends. Even after the back to back events, they were ready and willing to spare time for their photographs. We can't even begin to tell you how incredible the experience was. Both the families were so warm and loving and we felt like a part of the family almost instantly.

SANAA + ARJUN

SANAA + ARJUN

No matter what, love finds its soulmates and makes sure they hold hands forever. Sanaa & Arjun’s story proves just that. As two carefree individuals roaming around and conquering the world in their own ways, little did they know that they will stand conquered by a feeling that’d supersede everything else.

They first met 20 Years ago. Sanaa noticed Arjun because he was her friend’s elder brother. Arjun has childhood memories of meeting her once a month and being allergic to eachother and as per Sanaa he was so Gawky’!

Sanaa moved to Australia with her family and Arjun’s  family moved to the US in 2005. They were in touch through facebook and there messages were limited to birthday/diwali/new year wishes….

Fast Forward 2014- 2015…

Sanaa moves to the US for work. They met again this time at Arjun’s sister’s wedding . Being with and around her energy for three days made Arjun realized that he didn’t want to let her go, without knowing when they would meet again.

The “ups” were the weeklong trips they would make to see each other every three months beginning June of that year… the “downs” were the times when they had to part, the time they had to spend apart, slowly working towards being together forever – a textbook long distance relationship.

In Arjun’s words -  “This story has only begun. The ride into the sunset will be glorious when it comes, but it is still only breaking dawn… and I look forward to cherishing each moment that comes till then.”

SHAMAEL + PARVEZ

SHAMAEL + PARVEZ

Allow us to introduce Shamael and Parvez and share their love story with you.

The backdrop of their story was a B-School in Lucknow, where boy meets girl, they become friends, and over a period of time, realize that they are meant for each other.

The friendship, love, and tenderness that they have shared for the last five years still holds true. They have had their share of ups & downs but somehow they just held on to each other and rose together. Their three day wedding affair was synonymous with love, laughter, masti,  and madness…

QUSWA + FAHAD

QUSWA + FAHAD

The fascination for Muslim Weddings, the colourful and vibrant wedding dresses and the beautiful things associated with it grew with the celluloid movies featuring the concept of “Nikah”. It’s not everyday that you get to witness a wedding taking place at the Nigeen Lake, Kashmir and the wedding was nothing short of a fairytale.

Couples like Quswa & Fahad are very special! We say this because it’s not hard to find a couple who is in love, but it’s very special to see a couple who knows each other so well that they don’t need words to communicate. Being there for each other all the time and enjoying every bit of it, gives a photographer lot of moments to capture and when the couple is as beautiful as them it’s an icing on the cake. We had a lovely time being a part of their celebrations, thanks to them, their family and friends who made us feel at home.

ELAISHA + JEREMIAH

The minute I heard my first love story, I started looking for you, not knowing how blind that was. Lovers don't finally meet somewhere. They're in each other all along – Rumi

No matter what, love finds and binds soulmates and makes sure they hold hands forever. Elaisha & Jeremiah's story proves just that. As two carefree individuals, roaming around and conquering the world in their own ways, little did they know that they will stand conquered by a feeling that will supersede everything else. They met for the first time in UCLA - Law School, where Elaisha was Jeremiah's tutor in one of the semesters. But the “first meeting” was at a law school party when Jeremiah’s roommate introduced them. They spent a summer away from each other, and it wasn’t until both got back to law school after the summer that they were able to grow their friendship into something deep and beautiful – a bond that’s been growing and evolving over the years.

A close set of friends and family came together to bless this wonderful couple tying the knot in New Delhi all the way from California.

Theirs was a wedding full of colors, fun, and dance. We were lucky to have been able to cover E&J’s wedding and be a witness to this beautiful amalgamation of cultures. Wishing the lovely couple a very happy future together.

Fusion weddings are close to our hearts for we’ve done a lot of them and pretty much know how to go about it on the big day. They are usually colourful and full of fun and rituals. Jahnavi & Sanchit's wedding combined the best of two cultures with a dash of crazy family and friends to make the whole wedding experience enjoyable for everyone involved. Jahnavi was super energetic and expressive; and was a delight to shoot!  Both of them had amazing chemistry making it a great wedding to shoot with opportunities to capture some amazing moments.

Tamil brahmin weddings are a treat to shoot, for all the fun and rituals they come with. The big day of Ramya and Jelle was no exception. The couple had a wonderful love story that stayed woven to their smiles all through the celebrations. “An Indian girl met a Belgian boy , and fell in love before they knew. In a matter of time, they decide to have each other by their side forever."

All the way across, with a bunch of thick friends from Belgium, they came down to Delhi, to get married. It was wonderful to see their parents getting into the gala and enjoying every moment equally too. And their friends, yes, they did light up the occasion with all the excitement in the world. KRITI + AMAN

KRITI + AMAN

Kriti & Aman both are from Dubai and decided to get married in Zorba resort in New Delhi. The wedding of Kriti & Aman was a feast of hearts we’d say.

From the colorful mehndi till the tie of the eternal knot on the big day, it was a rollercoaster ride of love and laughter. If happiness is measured by smiles, then Kriti would have possibly travelled miles. That’s how hearty a smile she sported all the way along her journey to her eternal day with the handsome groom Aman. It was a perfect family wedding, in fact, a very intimate get together we should say. Not just the couple but the entire gathering was all the time in a gala mood, rejoicing the proceedings.

PASHYANTI + SAHIL

PASHYANTI + SAHIL

Pashyanti contacted us couple of months before her wedding. We had my first meeting with Sahil and his best friends over beer which was initially scheduled at Chaayos and moved to Beer Cafe.
Sahil's only condition was that we have to party and and be a part of post wedding ceremony as a friend not as a photographer, and he actually asked us to pack our cameras at the venue once the party started!!

Sahil and his friends also scared us by telling me that Pashyanti takes time to open up with people and is especially reserved in front of the camera. Boy! were they wrong!! Coz we only saw a very fun and full of life person when we actually met Pashyanti for the first the time.

The first day at the shoot when we addressed her as Pashyanti she corrected us and said you can call me "Pakhi" . Which is what people close to call her and we were the fortunate ones.

Pakhi's wedding attire and her look on the D-Day truly reflected her vibrant colourful and carefree personality as can be seen below.
